Yeaaaah another cover in Japanese. Brain kinda empty rn and I've just been doing whatever I feel like lately without worrying to much about it so here we go? And what I felt like doing was filling the void in my own heart for not having a Hanatan cover to listen to of this song by singing my own cover I could be proud of, haha. This is yet another song my 14 year old self I'm sure would be super excited if she heard me manage to sing it.
I also have like... well something I kinda have been taking a long time to cover for an English cover, I commissioned an instrumental for it but finding the time to write lyrics for it has been... difficult. But I gotta do it! So that should be next or some time soon... I just haven't felt right doing another English cover till I got that done... I guess in that way a Japanese cover is a loophole LOL, but it's genuinely a lot quicker to do.
This also taught me a LOT more about mixing. It may not have a perfect mix but I'm 100% sure it's better than anything I've ever mixed before.

In most of the other covers of this song, the singer always has a higher voice so hearing it sung like this is so refreshing

Seriously you are after my own heart with this cover Oktavia. Most covers I've heard of this song tend to start at 100 and stay there. Leaving no room for the vulnerability and pain that's portrayed in this song. BUT YOU DID SO GOOD!!! Your mixing, going between these delicate high notes and those powerful belts, just- AHHHHH!! Your voice has always impressed me but I hear so much improvement and maturity in your voice with this cover and it is truly a joy to hear.
