One indisputable fact, no matter your standing in this life, be it pauper or billionaire. The end result is the same.
Perfectly put Albert Smith
What a lovely video I grew up watching a lot of those actors may god be with them all thank you for sharing from Thomas in Ireland 🇮🇪
Nice video like the respect you have for these people and the little pieces of information you give us. May they rest in peace.
I was there nine weeks ago celebrating my uncles passing . A huge well kept resting place . Mark bolands bench is so well kept.
Just to make you aware. It's LARRY ADLER not LARRY ALDER as you state in the video
That was so comprehensive, thank you so much , got a kick from seeing Ed Devereaus plague , Skippy is an absolute legend for us Aussies 🦘
Plague.
wow lovely place that reminds me of how the garden of eden would look with those trees overhanging
What a lovely resting place, also love the music to your channel, thank you for sharing.
Hey mate thanku for this Sid james ashes Cheers
That music is so serene.... makes you sad
Very interesting! I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video.
Janet Munro a British actress from the Disney's movies Swiss Family Robinson and Darby O'Gill and the Little People is buried here. She was a real cutie to me but unfortunately she died in 1972 of a heart attack at 38 years old.
Mike Pratt, of "Randall & Hopkirk" fame, had his ashes dispersed in section 2 area. He died in July 1976. Still very much missed.
there shouldn't be silence but laughter a rounds of applause for all the pleasure they gave.
not gone just "Resting" !!
Gosh new all those named how time has passed so quickly really enjoy listening and watching all of your videos and your so respectful commentary. Thank You
Quietly comforting in it own way 😇
May they all rest in peace🌹
I have subscribed
This was done with dignity & respect
I grew up watching Irene Handle was so funny bless RIP ❤️ I also remember Norman Vaughan I think he was on th London Palladium he used to introduce the guests RIP ❤️
Norman was in the Cadbury's Rose's advert , " Rose's grow on you ! " His best known catchphrase was " swingin', dodgy !! "
Took over the golden shot when Bob monkhouse got the sack
Fun fact NV was the creator of Bulleye.
I wish you had put a photo up of the people u were talking about.
So beautiful so many celebrities are there , my friend and all her family are there in a special room with shelves full of peoples ashes in beautiful urns where families can go at vist there relatives it’s very beautiful
Thank you. Very informative, and very respectfully done. 💐
So nice of you
@@interestingplaces1 the one person you missed from your list is Michael Staniforth who played Timothy Claypole in Rentaghost, he's at Golders Green
Good job 👏
Paul Kossoff (Free guitarist) was cremated and scattered at Golders Green. Possibly his father also (actor- David Kossoff).
Lovely chapel
Thanks for this video.
You, immediately, showed Bud Flanagan but the camera started to pan to the plaque next to Bud but you never showed it in full and that was Bernie Winters.
Marc Bolan also has a plaque there and I saw the graves of Cellist: Jacqueline Du Pre and columnist:Marjorie Proops , wen I visired :)
Update on Bernie Winters now on my channel and Marc Bolans is coming soon
@@interestingplaces1 did you know that Michael Staniforth who played Timothy Claypole in Rentaghost is laid to rest at Golders Green
@@rayphillips6060 there are so many cremated at golders green but they only seem to highlight a certain amount but thanks anyway
such a peaceful, well looked after resting place..
RIP to all we know And all we dont,. 😔
I saw a plaque for singer, Steve Conway early on too
Cream bassist Jack Bruce is just next to the statue of woman and child.
Mr claypole is scattered at GG
Like the video but would have been nice to see their photos.I don't know half of those names but might know their face
Jack Hawkins ashes spread
Bernie Winters does have a plaque there.
Update on Bernie Winters now on my channel
Oposite the Golders Green Crematorium, ( which is secular) is the jewish Cemetary. I get them mixed up.
Missed out Marc Bolan
He's in another video
I think it should be Larry Adler not Alder .. on your thumbnail😁
10/10 would have been an 11 but you mispronounced Larry Adler’s name incorrectly. 😃
Oh go on give me the other point for trying lol
Missed out Marc Bolan who has two plaques to the right of Keith Moon’s, also Peter Sellers at the far end of the Crem.
No I haven't there in separate videos
The more you fill your lives with materialistic things, the more you fear purpose.
I'm sad You didn't include Marc Bolan 😢
There's a separate video on my channel
@@interestingplaces1 oh thankyou I'll check it out
Larry ADLER not ALDER.
fully aware
Both my parents ashes are at GG in a flower bed. When the flowers are in bloom it is a magical place. So many famous people were laid to rest here. One not on your list is Marc Bolan of T-Rex.
He on a separate video
So you miss out Marc Bolan and Peter Sellers.
No they are both on, in separate videos
Dont think this bloke knows that Marc Bolan is at rest there too!
This bloke does know you don't know my channel
David gets was cremated in Golders Green but his ashes didn’t remain there they were scattered in york
Didn't Keith Moon and Momma Cass die in the same apartment.
I think it was Jimi Hedrix.
Sorry, Hendrix !
Oh ok. Thank you
Yes you were correct the first time. Keith Moon and Mama Cass both died in the same apartment. It belonged to Harry Nilsson.
@@johnfellows2867 no, Hendrix lived in an apartment that Handel once lived in.
Keith Moon and Mama Cass both died in the same apartment belonging to Harry Nilsson.
Lots of victims of the demon drink..
What a gloomy presentation
