1. Greek yogurt
Besides being a delicious food, Greek yogurt has been scientifically proven to aid in the fat-burning process, granted that it’s the full-fat variety.

Walking between 1 - 2 hours a day. (If some of you like to count steps, it helps too). Drink a lot of water without the psychological effects of numbers and gallons. Just drink water. And don't eat after 9 or 10 pm (before would be even better) and do a simple weight training program (at home, doesn't have to be in the gym)

Don't eat past 6pm is better advice. It's best to eat during daylight and stop eating at night. That allows your body to not be so focused on digestion during sleep which is the time your body is getting rid of fat if you're eating and fasting correctly.

I can’t believe how many videos I see that say this is how to lose “belly fat” your body loses fat as you watch what you eat and exercise. Not just on one part of your body.
Eating the right food is key, eat as little carbs as possible, eat more good fat.

I eat eggs everyday.with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese filled with blueberries. Someday’s oatmeal with blueberries. Watermelon too so healthy. I almonds and pistachio’s .whole grain bread with peanut butter! Love salmon and shrimp, I use Cayenne pepper on everything.

I would recommend the consumption of KEFIR instead of yoghurt. The latter has only 3 strains of beneficial bacteria whereas kefir has 15 and they are also far more resistant to destruction by stomach acids. Kefir also tastes better. Make sure you get plain, organic, unsweetened, unflavored kefir.

Almonds are high in toxic oxalates that bind to calcium in the kidneys forming kidney stones. Most grains, even organic, have toxic mold, chemicals or pesticides and they all increase inflammation in the body. Inflammation is linked with heart disease, diabetes, dementia, joint pain like arthritis, etc. Eating high fiber diet also isn't healthy, it's stressful on the gut since it's not digestible without any nutritional benefits. It can block the colon, cause bloating and cramps. It's also empty calories. Anything eaten after 4pm goes into storage because the metabolism slows down getting ready for sleep. You'll lose weight quickly if you stop eating at 4pm.

If your caloric deficit it too much you will not lose fat as fast as you think. I was doing 1500 a day and wasn’t losing much. Found a macro calculator and it told me to add 700 calories. So now on 2200 and losing 2.5 pounds a week. I ruck 3.5 miles a day for exercise. If I wanted to workout too i would need more calories. Don’t forget your protein count. Skinny fat is real. Wrong food macros will result in muscle loss as well as fat loss. So no it isnt just calories in vs calories out. No its not just a caloric deficit. Hit the proper macros and do some exercise and the fat will melt away.

You're not going to see an update, because that was just stock footage, which many video productions pay to use, so that guy is just a model, having nothing directly to do with the diet plan that was outlined.

I've been eating these foods for the past 3 years, if you don't exercise too, or even have the ENERGY TO DO ENOUGHT EXCERCISE due to poor sleep or late night cravings, you wont lose fat.

Generally a pretty good list, but not sure about the whole grains recommendation. As far as I know they are pretty inflammatory and high in anti nutruent phytic acid and not a particularly good food for human digestion

You mention how cholesterol isn't a cause for concern, which you're right, but then spin it back around and say "Watch out for saturated fat", like, if you've done the research into cholesterol, take the time to also look into saturated fat, you'll also find saturated fat is even less of a cause for concern than cholesterol. Also don't eat 3 a week, eat 3 a day at a minimum, I have 42 a week.

There's only ONE saturated food in most Animal proteins--in beef, salmon, cheese, yogurt, seafood, eggs--PALMITATE. And this fat is the #1 problem for insulin resistance. We all know SEED OILS have plenty of Omega 6 fats which are highly inflammatory. But PALMITATE actually damages the Pancreas, the Beta cells, and the Mitochondria. But it is most protein. About 25-30%. There's palmitate in Olive OIl, too. 13% And Avocado oil, 25%. So Avocado can make you fat! The only way to balance the bad effects of Palmitate in saturated fats is to eat more MACADAMIA NUTS with Omega 7, or get some Sea Buck Thorn tablets.Don't eat Animal proteins with saturated fat every day of the week. Give yourself a break and try fasting some days, or eating fat free Protein like Eggwhites, Non-fat Yogurt, or Whey Protein powder. You can have a good amount of protein, without fat, on these PSMF days. But saturated fats are essential for the body in the long run. Too much protein without fat could lead to problems like Rabbit fever. So, in moderation. Vary you days. Fasting with tea, one day. Bake yourself some egg white bread on PSMF days with a macadamia nut butter spread or
a homemade sugar-free blueberry spread just like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches from the 1950s. And have Salmon,
Beef, or Shrimp twice a week. So a 5:2 diet, 5 days away from saturated fats, 2 days you can be a carnivore or Keto.

I say you're totally wrong on polyunsaturated fatty acids, they literally clogged the digestive including the liver. I know I went on a diet got rid of all polyunsaturated fatty acids and it took about 3 months I slowly started seeing a really important thing change my digestion became extremely good within 6 months I was able to eat nuts again in certain things that had some POF but honestly when you do this you will become a machine to burn because that bad oil clogs the system all the way down to your intestines. You won't know unless you try it the only two oils that you can ingest is coconut and palm an absolutely no nuts of any kind except macadamia and then after you get this thing cleansed then you can enjoy this in your diet remember this took a long time for this happen so get free of it and better.

Consume less than you need, and you lose weight. Expend more energy than you take in, and you lose weight. You can literally lose weight only eating McDonald's every day, it's all in the numbers people.

Apple cider vinegar is one of those things I drink every day, but I don't like it at all. Just having faith that it's a significant enough benefit. I guess even if it's not, it at least makes me appreciate better tasting things throughout the day. No, I made a decision to not eat things just because they’re supposedly healthy. I eat things I resonate with. BTW - I love ACV in water. I call it my keto gingerale and drink it before, with, and slightly after meals to keep my glucose and insulin from spiking so high.
