Guys my advice on going to the gym is contradictory to what they say.Exercise makes you healthy... It's true but overtraining is not healthy. In 4 months of training I fucked both of my shoulders and I haven't been able to do back or chest.I then started doing legs like crazy and run every day now I can't because I have a weird shin pain even when I walk.If you train hard take rest days and do more less correct form exercises than more with bad form because you can injure urself and is very hard to like doing something but not be able to

The issue with V shape is lack of power and strength, you will suck hard in powerlifting or doing any useful thing with ur muscles other than just taking pictures, i had a perfect V shape a decade ago, but when i started to work on my strength and powerlift my body changed to a more Tanky shape

You need protein. At least .8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Eat an excess of you are skinny.

No bro do not listened to the protein guys. Iâve been skinny because I lost 15 kg muscle mass through not eating calories and carbs. No matter how much protein and veggies I ate the amount of muscle growing was 0 to none. So eat a lot of calories so your body can store natural creatine in the muscle, stay hydrated. If the protein are the building blocks than the calories are the cement that keeps the whole building together. Exercises should be slow and controlled, otherwise no matter how much you train with fast repetitions you will find yourself shaking in slow exercises.
