- Onion - Dal Chapati Curry
Ingredients
1. Peas dal - 1 cup
2. Cleaned shallots (whole) - 2 cups
3. Green chilli - 2 nos
4. Salt - to taste
5. Turmeric powder - a pinch
6. Chilli powder - a big pinch
7. Coconut oil - 1 to 2 tsp
8. Curry leaves - plenty
Preparation
1. Wash & boil the dal with items 2 to 5 well, till done.
2. When done, add water if needed & boil.
3. Put off the flame add coconut oil & plenty of squeezed curry leaves.
Serve along with chapati.
