- Olan - without coconut milk
Ingredients
1. White cucumber thin slice - 6 cups
2. Long Beans (thin slice) - ½ cup
3. Colocasia round slices - ½ cup
4. Long brinjal thin rounds(opt) - ¼ cup
5. Snake gourd(opt) - ¼ cup
6. Slit green chilli - 5 to 8 nos
7. Salt- to taste
8. Coconut oil - 2 tsp
9. Curry leaves - plenty
Preparations
1 . Boil all the ingredients together well excepting items 8 & 9 with water (10 to 12 mts).
2. Remove from fire, stir well and add coconut oil and plenty of squeezed curry leaves set aside
കൊതി വന്നു കണ്ടിട്ട്. ഇങ്ങനെയാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ വീട്ടിലുണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്. സദ്യയ്ക്ക് പോലും തേങ്ങാപ്പാലൊന്നും ചേ൪ത്തിരുന്നില്ല. കാലം മാറിയപ്പൊ ഓലന്റെ കോലവും മാറി 😄 എനിയ്ക്ക് പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടത് ഇത്തരം തന്നെ 😊
ഒരു വെറൈറ്റി ഐറ്റം. തീർച്ചയായും ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കും. Teacher പറയുന്നത് ഒരു കഥ കേൾക്കുന്നത് പോലെ നല്ല രസമാണ്.

is a green ridged round squash, slightly bigger than a coconut, with yellow, stringy flesh inside. Baked in a slow oven and then eaten with salt, pepper and butter, it's tasty.
Teacher l like all of ur recipes especially veg dishes.Now it is not easy to get such a cute kalchatty which is being used by u teacher.👍👍
