  • This GOOD MORNING WORKOUT is perfect to start the day! You can do this workout at home, it's not too intense, but enough to wake up your body ♥︎ No Equipment needed, all is free body workout. You can just follow me, 30s for each exercise.

    Non serve nessuna attrezzatura, tutto a corpo libero.Non ci sono pause e ogni esercizio dura 30 secondi.

      Ciao Marta, puoi sostituirli senza sollevare il bacino :) diventerà un esercizio molto utile sia per le braccia (senza sovraccaricarle come i push up) e per la schiena :)
