I ended up with shark bites and uneven fat distribution despite a skilled technician.

Very informative! Could you use KYBELLA under the eyes to remove hereditary fat pads in place of a lower blepharoplasty? I have seen Agnes RF used to melt fat pretty well under the eyes and other areas such as under the chin and was wondering how this would compare in regards to melting fat under the eyes.

I had liposuction to my inner knees and inner thighs a year ago. My inner thighs look good. I have a dent in my left knee. My surgeon recommends trying a touch-up treatment to reduce a hill under the dent to help to maybe blend the area. I'm a bit worried that this can cause more loose skin. He also mentioned that i have a bit of loose skin above my knee. Will this make it worse? I'm 49 yrs old. Very athletic. He said he's going to be conservative with it see how little we can get away with. The uncertainty is scaring me a bit. He did include Renuvion to my inner thigh lipo because he was worried lipo alone would cause sagging skin on me. My lipo looks goid over all, but ended up with some tight scar tissue where the cannula went in and caused a cannula mark. 😢

Hi Dr. K, maybe you have covered this before but I'm not grasping, but could you talk about options for removing abdominal fat for those who are not willing to undergo liposuction and are only slightly overweight but just genetically store a lot of fat around the abdomen? Like just from a fat perspective not skin laxity. I'm guessing that would be Coolsculpt but it sounds risky.

I had high definition liposuction with a fat transfer to my breasts and I had more fat die off in one breast so I am left with noticeable difference in breast size. I plan on seeing a surgeon to find what options I have but I am wondering if there are any non surgical options as well?

I received body tite on my love handles and it was the worst thing I ever done. I have tubular Harding throughout my love handles and also gained more fat. I was and am devastated 😢. I’m thinking of kybella and hope it works. I’m so sick of being someone else’s financial gain.

So, circa 2014, I used to get something done called ultrasonic cavitation where they rub the device on the target area for 15-30 mins (with conductor gel, and it got warm). It was so cost effective and I swear I saw results after each session. I also liked that it felt like a massage and made my jeans fit a little looser on my hips. Why does no one do that anymore? Has that procedure been phased out by something else? Does it go by a different name now? Love your videos doc!!
I’m wondering about this too! I just tried a session of cavitation with RF skin tightening and it works but nervous about the long term side effects.
People still do this (I’ve done it). But, the results aren’t permanent. It isn’t getting rid of the fat cells. It’s good for losing inches temporarily (like in prep for a wedding or something) or smoothing out lumpiness after lipo. But, it only empties out the fat cells, not destroys them.
I’m considering kybella. I’m 50. Will my belly skin be loose after the fat decreases?

Jowls are sagging skin- removing fat wont help that.
I feel like for the cost of a vial of Kybella it would just make more sense to get lipo first? You need so many vials if you’re going to target multiple areas and then you’ll likely need several. You’re talking thousands and thousands of dollars.

Kybella sucks!!!! I did it under my chin didn’t work and so expensive I’m getting chin Lipo in a few weeks also kybella leaves hard scar tissue also the injections were really painful recovery is horrible you swell so much
From my experience hard lumphs uner the skin after fat disolving injections disapear after some time
What are the possible side effects under chin?
