Prosecutorial misconduct leads to every case tried by the prosecutor involved to be reviewed, it doesn’t lead to no prosecutions.

I am a retired woman. About 2 years ago, 2 thugs came through my front door while I was home. They came towards me in a very menacing manner. No words were said until they were a foot or less from me and my huge German shepherd ran into the room with massive teeth bared. By instinct, I grabbed her collar and pulled her back as hard as I could. It was not for concern for those violent thugs. It was for fear that they would shoot my much loved protector. As I grabbed her, their eyes popped out of their heads and the crimanal larger and closest to me stuttered "We must have the wrong house!" While they both backtracked with much speed until they flew back into a dark spot on my street. I have no doubt that they were going to rob my home and hurt me in God only knows what ways...or kill me. For these last 2 years I am not only terrified to be alone when darkness falls. When someone knocks on my door in daylight, that same terror rises inside me. I hide and keep as quite as possible until they leave. If they knock twice or don't leave quickly, I have a panic attack and cry out of fear.
THESE VIOLENT PREDATORS ARE WHO THESE LEFTIST LIBERAL MORONS ARE CONTINUALLY RETURNING TO OUR STREETS.

I would purchase a gun and get training on how to use a weapon for self-defense. I'm for forgiving people of their sins, but they should serve time to reflect on it to protect society and protect them from continuing down that path. We don't help them by just letting them go, that's just enabling them. Several people could have had their lives spared and children not been molested, or adults not been raped if they would just hold these criminals according to their misdeeds.

I'm not sure about misconduct, but I do think some prosecutors worry too much about their batting average. Where I live the plea bargain is the weapon of choice and insures the batting average is high.

Given that over 95% of cases never even go to trial, how in the world would you believe prosecutorial misconduct doesn't happen? If you are searching for it, you can find a news article about something that sure doesn't seem right at least once a week. Lawyers willing to sell their soul to up their win percentage are shocking pretty much no one. That isn't to say they are all like that, but enough are to make them a cliche. She even references a case where a law was passed unanimously - in Texas - to help prevent further misconduct.
Look at every dumb stunt you've ever read about, and imagine police/prosecutors using that to railroad your 18 year old child for something they didn't even do. Just go watch Gideon's Trumpet (about landmark case that established right to an attorney).
