Hell, I've been an Atty, as well as my Father, Uncle, cousins etc and I would never stumble over these questions! Yet, in the United States of America we are allowing these nominees to play dumb on every single important issue! Hayden said, we used to be Democrats until it got to be ridiculous and now all these nominees couldn't stand up in any normal court of law! As evidenced by their experience in Southern poverty Law centers in everywhere else where they were doing supposed good things yet putting our Representatives on hate lists and etc!! Wow!! Unreal!!! There must be something that protects what they did if they were an advocate or its a way to shift blame/ownership of an opinion because its bizzare the amount of different lawyers/judges I've heard say this atleast 10-15, it's to go to when they don't want to explain their opinion on a sensitive topic
