    Love your workout style. I use similar techniques due to limited space and funds. What’s your usual training split / frequency consist of?

      Cheers, I do a 6-day split, upper/lower/upper/off/repeat cycle.
      The first upper day is chest & back emphasis & second upper day is shoulders & arms.
