I forwarded the link to him. Now ain't that amazing use of today's technology, a 75 year old guy using your know-how and generosity in the Rocky Mountains to assist my lad on the other side of the equator, all in a matter of hours searching online.

I'm rebuilding a 1986 YZ 125, started with the air filter that fell to pieces, it's hard finding one, UNI, came through, then the carburetor rebuild thinking it would just run afterwards, I put transmission oil in it, the oil overfill screw was missing, of course, goto put antifreeze/coolant in it and the drain bolt was missing and the casing on the shroud was busted at that screw as well, coolant just came right out lol. So anyway thank you for the video's, it makes it so much easier and helpful. I'm wondering after I get all that back together if it's gonna need a new piston head lol, fingers crossed I hope not.

Hey Rocky Mountain great video! So what I did was this job just now but without a video. I tightened the power-valve arm without holding it in place and as the arm went up it hit the top of the case and maxed out in order to tighten it do I have to pull it off again and check to see that it didn't pop out inside? Also in order to get the gears to line up I used my Kickstarter and slowly push down until the case went flush on if the water impeller moves good does that mean it's lined up with all gears? Any info would help thank you very much!

I just purchased a 2019 Honda rebel 300. I only put 300 miles on it...After every ride I can see leakage from the weep hole. Dealer claims they did a pressure test and saw no leaks..and a few drops is normal. I don't buy it...A few riders on the Honda Forum are experiencing the same thing...2 of them claim coolant was actually spraying out while riding...Could this be a manufacturers defect with the seals...Dealer advised me that they will not pursue further testing unless they see a puddle. My bike is still under warranty. .What advice could you give me ???
