  • If you want bigger looking arms, focus on building the long head of the triceps and the long head of the biceps, which are the most visible heads from side view. The most effective way to train these heads for maximum gains is when they are in a stretched position. Let me show you how to train these heads in a stretch position to target the triceps long head.
    Focus on overhead extensions using dumbbells, barbells or cables to target the biceps. Long head. Focus on curling movements that have your elbows placed behind your back, such as incline dumbbell curls and behind the back cable curls.

    The deeper muscles give a much bigger appearance of mass. There's no cheat code to being big just workout consistently and you'll get there

    Triceps grow when u extend ur arm fully with straight wrists .. he showed that bending arm grows triceps which is wrong

    Wrong, you need to do tricep kickbacks to maximize the long head contraction. Doing over head extensions gives a good stretch but doesn’t contract the long head.

    1. overhead movements do not bias the long head of the tricep. that gets hit with ur arms by your sides
    2. you can’t bias the bicep heads, they work together.

      You got the first part wrong, and the second part is partially true. You can’t fully isolate the long head of the bicep but you can focus on it. You shouldn’t be talking 😂
