    Your advice about preacher curls is spot on. Several years ago I tore a biceps tendon due to over extending with too heavy a load.

      IIRC he is not an IFBB pro yet. He has to win an amateur show, then win a pro qualifier show, then win a pro show and then he can stand next to top guys on the Olympia.

    bro, laying cable curl, i've gotta try that, i know of the others (currently have supinated DB curls, EZ-barbell curl, cable curl, and preacher curl in my set-up though i'll try this new one and see what's up... thanks)... btw tell bradley he and Dom gotta shoot more bro-science content lol (i haven't been to Zoo though it looks like an awesome gym)

    So far with all of these scientific videos, the best results have always been when seated and/or stabilized as much as possible.
    In that case I wonder then how seated hammer curls, or incline bench hammer curls, and 90 degree bench single arm cable curls (with pre stretch/tension), would have also compared. Perhaps we'd see the cable curls in the top 5 in that instance and maybe the seated incline hammer curls in like 2/3 spot instead of 5.

      Pretty simple really. Hammer curls and rope curls? I mean, you can CZcams that specifically. This is the same stuff you’ve been seeing since the beginning of CZcams lol.

      it's the angles he was approaching the lifts from. he's coming more from the stretched position side of things.

    HTLT supps is meh. Pre 2.0 is very basic, you'd want 2-3 scoops per workout which would cost 2-3USD per workout. Creatine is overpriced for generic chinese creatine. Protein is 20USD per lbs for the cheapest quality protein concentrate you can find better quality protein at costco for a fraction of the price. Collagen+ (bovine) is more money than the superior marine collagen at costco. I don't know if i'd even pay for those supplements at a 50% discount.
    I think Gregs demogrpahic is similar to logan paul's tbh.
