    The biceps have the most leverage when the forearm is parallel to the bicep, which is roughly 90 degrees at the elbow, not the lengthened position.

      That’s if the resistance is directly overhead as with dumbbell. But with cables, you’re able to change the direction of the resistance - hence the reason to do a face away bicep curl

      @@tyler-path That would be the tension imposed on the bicep, which is greatest in the lengthened position in a face away curl.
      This won't change the actual leverage of the bicep tendon to convert force into torque, which will still be greatest around 90°.

    There was a torn part on the cable and it punctured my scr… and my thigh and i was ded
    Luckily it wasnt that serious and it healed
    But it hurt like geting stabbed in da nuts
