With all of the self-quarantine requirements coming up, many people find themselves sitting at home a lot more than usual. It is especially hard on your back and spine if you work from home. I made this chair yoga sequence to stretch the spine in a dynamic way to help keep your back from getting stiff and achy. Anyone can do it any time of the day (even while you're working)!
