    This is exactly what you need if you're sore, tight, achy, or even new to yoga. We move through this yoga sequence completely on the ground so that you can easily release tension and melt into each pose. A yoga stretch routine like this will help loosen the spine and open the hips without forcing your body into any uncomfortable postures.     Oh my I cannot believe this. I wake up sore in the morning for months now because of hormone changes and I am practicing exactly these poses every day. But I needed a clip with time frames because I am going back to work tomorrow after 6 months of homeworking. I asked the universe this morning for a clip and voila .... thanks so much .... 🙏🏼❤️🧘🏻‍♀️

    Loved this practice Brett and you're wearing two of my favourite colours. I've been practicing your videos for seven years now!! You, Adrienne and Lesley Fightmaster have been my go to all these years. Can't believe I'm becoming a teacher myself. Having mobility issues and not being able to touch the floor the first time I did a wide leg forward bend, I wouldn't have bet on me becoming a teacher. I owe so much to yourself, the other two ladies I mentioned and my teacher, who's now retired, for getting me to where I am. I'm an advanced yogi but not because of the poses I can do, believe me there's plenty I have to modify, but because I always practice with awareness. You can do a headstand and have no awareness or stand in mountain pose and have one hundred percent awareness and that's the secret. If more people knew that, more would practice. I'm forever grateful for you. Much love 💜🧘‍♀️💜🧘‍♀️💜🧘‍♀️

      @@BrettLarkinYoga it's nice to let people know how much they're appreciated. There's a lot of work goes into doing CZcams, let alone the planning involved putting together a practice and then making it accessible as possible to everyone! That's what I love about you, Adrienne and Lesley, I never feel less than when practicing with you and I won't ever do that to a student. It's happened to me and it was an awful feeling, fortunately she was just a stand in because my regular teacher was amazing. I miss her so much xxx

    This is just what I needed today! Really tuning into my body after being diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and realising that these slow flow / yin classes are the ones my body is really craving after years of 'pushing' my body. Thanks Brett!

I’m somewhere between new and returning to yoga, I took classes with my roommate when we were in college but since then I’ve gotten engaged, had 2 jobs, moved states, AND had a baby so the chaos had my schedule slipping to say the least.     hey can you please explain what kundalini yoga is and if you've ever encountered any side effects I'm Hindu but have been reading into Christianity a lot lately due to their opposing views on yoga and meditation. I would really like to know also what kundalini does to the body
