    Love this one. Cues were great and well explained, as always.
    Wondered if you could re-do the video from 7 yrs ago "when you're too sore to move"? That one had such great poses and sequences but maybe just slow it all down. Super fan. That old one is always my saved all time favorite. ❤

    this was so helpful! I was unbelievably sore after a kettlebell workout earlier today, plus my cancer meds cause bone and muscle pain. I did this flexibility practice before bed and for the first time in a month, I don't hurt! Thank you.

    This was so so nice 💛 I've paused my asana practice for a while, focusing more on meditation and breathing. Staying active with walks, cardio and weightlifting. So this was kind of a "come back" for me on the yogamat. This was the perfect start and it made me hungry for more. Thank you!!

    Thanks Brett, excellent practice. Had to modify the sphynx quad stretch by lowering my head while bending my knee and lifting my leg behind me. Couldn't believe the difference this made to my sphynx pose. Not just how deeper I got into the stretch but there was zero pinching in my lower back! Love and light 🧘🏼‍♀️ 💜
