How long did it take YOU to get in shape, and did you ever have trouble putting on size and serious muscle? Bodybuilders rarely ever mention that part. They just say EAT BIG TO GET BIG. They don't say how to shovel down all that food without making yourself throw up. Or what to do if you train your ass off everyday and still don't see any results.

i do it all natural, it's the best way to start off. there are no shortcuts, you have to set up a split schedule and food schedule. the only way to build muscles properly is by doing compound exercises like benchpress, squats, deadlifts, pendlay press, but you can also do isolates. just register at bodybuilding(dot)com, there's a lot of information, i'm just a six-year-old dutch boy who works out :)
You can buy anabolic steroids legally in Mexico and Thailand at the local CVS.

Not true. If you look at various trt clinic websites it is clear that several legitimate legal anabolic steroids can be prescribed by a dr. It appears that at least in the USA anabolics like Anavar, Deca & Winstrol are available through these legal trt clinics which source their products through legitimate pharmacies (there may be others but these are the only ones I have seen so far). I am not saying anything about whether this is right or wrong. I am just saying that the information here is not complete. If you do not believe me you can look at Defy Medical or Evolve Clinic to check.

Not only is this a pointless fucking video, but he's wrong because steroids are not just some substance that is "illegal". Steroids are used for anemia, some breast cancers, osteoporosis, endometriosis, and hereditary angiodema, a swelling disorder. Not only that, but doctors prescribe testosterone for patients with low test because it can be physically and mentally deadly to not have sufficient test.
Also, it's largely debated that skip wasn't natty. So yeah, there's that...
