    To complete Derek's answer to his last question is.... coaches.
    The bodybuilders get coaches who know and have a lot of experience with the drugs, responses, combinations, etc. One single guy can't see the broad picture because he doesn't know or is not paying attention to what everyone else is taking, he only sees his response, and doesn't always have the education and knowledge. So yeah... they don't always know much. Their coaches do. They get great results. Usually much better than their coaches and most regular folks........

      @mortyrosenstein4211 Před 10 měsíci

      Gyno is preventable and not a mystery. It doesn’t just happen. When you use excess test or other estrogen building drugs, you have to also moderate that with a something that lowers it.
      Anyone going beyond TRT should have these on hand at all times. It’s a certainty that estrogen will go up on certain drugs. So you prepare for that.
      It’s like any drug. Take too much of it, take stuff randomly, and it will burn you. Abuse it and suffer.
      These drugs are incredibly powerful. Most people can look incredible on reasonable doses for decades. But people are morons. They figure if x amount is good, 2x is better. Or 4x. But it’s not because there is diminishing returns and side effects. 4x isn’t as good. You get the same muscle with more sides and problems.
      Drugs are drugs. They can be used with discipline or they can be abused. Diuretics can be used daily for years as a blood pressure drug, or they can be megadosed and fry your kidneys.
      The horror stories you hear are due to morons who gobbled up random gear without any coherent idea or plan of when and why they were doing what the my were doing and just wanted to get big fast.

      @@oldmedstudent1750 I am on 190 mg Test Enanthate/week (daily injections). My hair has never been thicker, I have no gyno, my blood preassure is perfect, and I have a very low remnant cholesterol. And I have a healthy libido, I would say it is like I was early thirties. I have had my kids, so I don't worry about fertility, which is the real side effect, but I take 250 IU of HCG pr day to counter testicular atrophy, as well as to support LH-adrenal pathway of neurosteroidal production.
      The thing is, it is not the molecule, it is the dosing. People that die from taking testosterone typically take GRAMS pr week, they often combine it with large amounts of HGH, and some even add insulin. They overeat thousands of kcal pr day, and they have periods where they reduce their body fat percentages to sub-5% for competitions.
      TRT has in a study shown to correlate with a lowering of all cause mortality over a period of 8 years. A single study, etc etc.
      Testosterone is an essential molecule for men and women (and women actually have more Testosterone than they have Estrogens, fun fact). In a world where we live to 80+, it is horrific to see the demonization of this molecule.
      The quality of life it has given me, including the motivation and ability to sustain a healthy life style, the mental fortitude and optimism, and just sheer basic good mood, is essential for me now. I am no longer a tired middle aged man. I am a hybrid of a middle aged man, and my younger self, both in body and mind. And I would gladly give up the last 10 years of my life, for 10 years like this, compared to the life I had before.
      I happen to have read a good part of the litterature (which is not much) on exogenous Test for men. No men die from these doses, lets say sub 200 mg. Lets be clear, 200 mg is not bodybuilder dose, but it is not pure replacement either. We call it "TRT+", or "sports-TRT". If you do it right (for that insight you should probably watch about 50 of Dereks videos, and none of Dr. Attia, which I am a big fan of, but he knows very little about TRT), you will be able to navigate the pitfalls of TRT/+.
      Oh, and my physician is very impressed with my bloodwork. He believes I am healthier than 99% of the population my age. 5 years ago I was overweight and had difficulty walking, deep into metabolic syndrome territory. It is not TRT alone that has fixed that, but it is a big part of it.
      So... that is why I asked what side effects. Because the side effects of taking exogenous hormones (right) is happyness, health, confidence, and ultimately (for me), the ability to give my children and my wife the love I think they deserve from me.

    "there arent more healt consequences"... well.... the average lifespan for random joe bodybuilder eating all the roids is 55. so there is that. Working with law enforcement in a country where any type of PED is illegal, ive been doing this for some time. We are on the 4th generation of users at this point. There is always a swarm/surge of new gymgoers when all the dudes and bro´s hit their early 20s or there abouts. A bunch of them will hit the power juice and at this point the first lot out of that gate near 20 years ago now. Not a single one is a healthy middleaged man. Not a single one is now in good shape nor do i think they could be. Several are also dead.
    Id say the consequence of random abuse of PED´s comes with grave problems. Most people never attain the understanding of what they are doing. Most people cant afford it even if they do. One actual problem of it being illegal is also that alot believe they are gonna get into issues with the law if they seek help. which they wont.
