Looks GOOD mija. I appreciate how you work with what you got, while trying to stay some what true to the recipe. That makes it more realistic. I recently got back from Youngstown NC and enjoyed my visit with my prima. I look forward to the rest of this series of your videos. Glad to hear your feeling better.

I love this idea! I remember she had a show on tv a long time ago. I couldn't remember her name!

Mexican made easy was her show! Came out in 2010 and I watched it every time it was on! It was so exciting for me to see a Mexican have their own cooking show o food network when I hardly saw my culture represented anywhere in that way. It was wonderful!

I came here after watching a Marcela post. Thank you for sharing how to make this delicious recipe. The pot you used is beautiful. I think it may be helpful to order the spices you need prior to starting the recipe you plan to cook. Zatar is not hard to find. almost every Walmart carries this spice. Amazon has everything. Also that measuring of vinegar wasn’t really a tablespoon. For those that maybe learning to cook, using measuring spoons and cups is key to understanding what an actual table spoon looks like so then later they can learn how to eyeball it. I know you washed your hands after handling the chicken but you cut it out of the video. Please keep that in so people know to promote good food handling practices. Not to be critical just some suggestions. Take it for what it is just my opinion. I really enjoyed this video and your relaxed style of cooking. I also loved you picking fresh ingredients out of the garden. I look forward to following along with you as a fan of Marcela and her cooking.
