Sir, Nano was conceptulised by and made by TATA group chairman Sh. Ratan Tata. He is one of the richest man in india but is very down to earth person. Nano car was indeed conceptulised by him as a family car of upto Rs one lakh( i.e at the price of a motor cycle) but the car didn't fare well. Now Tata group might bring it out as an Electric vehicle like MG Comet.
I won't comment more on Sh.Ratan Tata and would request you to Google more information about him yourself. 😂😂
