hey I’m a 16 year old who been doing your for 3 months and i love it, I feel way more better and relaxed than I did months ago.I literally can’t go on anyone else’s yoga except your thank you so much for posting yoga exercises. I come back from school so tired and lazy sometimes could you hopefully do a yoga video for after school full body stretch to make me more productive and relaxed.🌷🌷

Omg thankyou so much, I had sore leg muscles because I had began running 15 mins on treadmill a few days ago, so this really helped a lot.

I do cardio to loose weight and I get soreness in my legs this helped a lot because it’s not to long and I can do it before bed thank you!!

Why does my ankle keep popping when I do the circular motion? It’s only on the one ankle on my weaker side
that was amazing! i’ve been on a 10,000 step a day kick for months and so tight … that that right in bed and my calves and i thank you!

Miss, I love your videos. One of the things which drew me towards them was the quiet background. There used to be no background sound earlier and it was very calming. It was also easier to focus on what you were saying when there was silence in the background. I really hope you would consider removing background sounds for the future videos. The calm and quiet made your videos stand out. The silence made your videos calming in a way
No clue what you are talking about because I never made a yoga class without music (background sound). I think you are on the wrong channel.
I accidentally walked 15km yesterday... usually i do about 1.5km.
I was worried about hike #2 today. But not anymore 😊
I'm not sure if this is the cause or other health issues(I'm not entirely healthy) but I might have strained my back a few weeks ago carrying heavy stuff and idk if it damaged the nerves. But my leg started to feel numb and a little pain just sometimes especially after using my feet the whole day. So idk if this exercise will help but I hope so cuz it sucks, and I do feel a bit better and this is relaxing that it makes me wanna sleep. 😂
Is it normal to feel like this is to easy as my first time? Or am I doing the poses wrong?
No body is the same. You might just need something more intense. For some people this is difficult. Every body is different.
U the only one i watch i think my legs got more stronger and thicker from this or i might just be eating alot do this yoga build muscle????
yoga stretches everything and leaves u sore! its basically like working out and getting “swole”
Shouldn’t you do both legs? I started with my right leg as instructed but realised you don’t do the left leg (my problematic side)… so my painful ankle was straight away put into a severe stretch without having even moved it yet.
Im not understanding what part you’re talking about because i do both sides? Maybe im missing what youre referring to
