    Personal tip from a beginner: go fully padded regardless of the looks you will get đŸ€Ł i wear elbow and knee pads. Even my parents judged me asking me if i was barely learning to ride a bike, but trust me, when you're learning sick things on a bike, being fully padded can save you from a lot of pain đŸ€Ł

      @@glowble depends on the double, if its a double shorter than the tabletops it didnt count đŸ€Ł sooo, for me it was like 6-7 months training. 2-3 weeks you do not even know how to boost jumps. And much speed with less technic is dangerous.

    Another important one, keep your weight balanced, I've seen and done it wrong myself, when lips get steep you might start to squat I to the back of the bike and put your weaght more on the back wheel. This will cause you to first off loose hight and secondly send you front wheel heavy. I always got it cuz I was admittedly a bit scared of steep lips but it has been getting better

      @JulianoGSF Pƙed 2 lety

      @@JulianoGSF Well that's hard to say, it's all about experience, I can't say how it looks without being there. I gues you just have to rember to keep both your tires equally loaded. but if you catch yourself riding with another good rider he might not mind spotting you and givin some tips. Or go find a mtb coach, those guys are often overlooked, they are the best solution to get good fast, they are literal miracle workers .

      @lovebrosracing2559 Pƙed 2 lety +1

      Nukeproof Mega, YT Capra, YT Jeffsy(these are just a couple bikes off the top of my head). So the YT Capra has 170m of travel front and rear which is bigger than enduro bikes used to be. In todays world some people call bikes like the Nukeproof Giga that has 180mm up front and 170mm in the back an enduro bike, which it is most definitely not. I think a rule of thumb is to focus a bit more on geometry because your average enduro bike today is going to have 150-170mm of travel. If you find a bike with good geometry and a decent amount of suspension you are set. Personally I race downhill, but own a "super" enduro bike which is the specialized enduro. So even though I don't race enduro it just comes down to what kind of enduro bike you want. If you got a Nukeproof Giga for instance, it would climb decently but would not feel good on trails without high speeds, fast corners, and rock/roots. If you are going to be racing enduro I would look for a bike in the 150-170mm travel range in the fork and less than 160 in the rear.

    The bike is solid and my Ebike conversion went great. czcams.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Very smooth ride at 30mph with no problems (135 miles ridden so far). The picture is a bit deceiving - there is WAY less space in the center of the frame than it shows. The suspension connection takes up the entire thing. So I needed to attach my battery on the bottom of the frame and my controller on the top. Instructions for assembly were lacking but honestly it wasn't too hard to figure out even though I have very little bike knowledge. Watched some youtube videos on adjusting the disk brakes but that was it. Still, I am loving it and very happy with the purchase.
