PEG PEREGO GEAR SWAP! - How to replace gearbox and motor in electric John Deere HPX. (Super EASY!)

It's me again! In this video I'm showing how to disassemble a Peg Perego HPX. The gears can break in these. It's cheap and easy to replace them! Don't buy a new POWER WHEELS!
Sorry Gang! Couldn't get a link on here just yet for the gearbox. I did check out Amazon and they do have them with the motors included.

Removing the dump bed stanchion can be removed easily, by removing the red pin underneath the bed. The stanchion then is able to push out through the bottom - no need struggling with trying to pull it up and through. Just did this 10 minutes ago after watching your video, made the bed removal 10x easier/less frustrating. Great video!!!

Do you have to replace the gear box if you want to upgrade from a 12 v to a 24 v?

You don't... I did the 18v upgrade and the gearbox hold up. I'm not sure about 24v. Give it a go.
