    Hello everyone! Today, we have an upper workout that targets the arms, abs, chest, and back. Just a little disclaimer: I finally fully recovered from my wrist injury and I am very excited to get back into the game. I’m definitely not as strong as I was before, but that is okay! I can’t wait to get stronger and I know I will be doing this workout, plus many more that I will be sharing in the near future. So please excuse my form, as I am trying to regain my muscles back slowly.

    I did this today and I was so shocked that I could perform most of these well. I have been practising my pushups a lot for the past 3 months, since I couldn't even do a proper knee pushup, and now I can do all of them and I can almost do a proper pushup 😆😄 I'm so happy and I've definitely gotten stronger and my arms look more toned. There's still flabbiness to them but I'm getting stronger 💪 I just have to keep on pushing myself!

    When doing what you call up and downs you should do an equal number on each side. I do 5 on each side twice❤️
