    Very 80's style workout which was the best era for aerobic workouts. Healthy, well coordinated and fun to do. Excellent job.

    my watch said i burned 401 calories with this! im using 2kg dumbells each hands, sometimes switch to 1 kgs when i feel like dying, tq jung dayeon, i'll try to go everyday with your workout!
    78 kgs now after 2 babies, i wish i could go back to 60 kgs again

    Another amazing workout! I did this workout 2 times through. The first time I used 3 lbs dumbbells, and the second time I used 5 lbs dumbbells. Thank you for these workouts. ^_^

Me encantan tus rutinas, todo el grupo es excelente. las hago 3 o 4 veces a la semana, porque son divertidas, se trabajan los musculos y lo mas importante no tienen impacto, por lo cual me entusiasmo a hacerlas.     선생님 안녕하세요~벌써 2024년이네요, 새해 복 많이 받으세요.
    너무 감사한 마음이 들어서요~
    21년도에 제가 이 운동을 하고 있는데, 엄마가 관심을 가지더라구요.
    몇번 해보더니 재미있다며 선생님과 똑같은 덤벨을 구하고 싶다고 해서 채널 통해 카톡 드렸었는데, 품절이라고ㅠㅠ 0.5kg~1kg사이로 하라고 상냥하게 답변 주셨었어요~
    저희 엄마 그 때부터 일주 2회 이상, 정말 꾸준하게 잘 해왔어요. 선생님 수업이 그렇게 재미있대요.
    처음에 저희 엄마, 무릎 안 들리고 팔도 안 들리고ㅠㅠ...그런데 3년차쯤되니까 엄마의 온몸이 근육으로 굵어지고, 관절 유연성이 살아나더라구요.
    오다리도 교정되었고, 활기차졌어요!!!
    이젠 무릎, 팔...다 들려요~ 몸이 건강해지니 성격도 더 밝아지더라구요~
    정다연 선생님 진짜 천재세요. ㅠㅠ 근력에 평생 관심없던 70대 나이의 저희 엄마까지도 관심가지고 운동하게 만들어주셨어요.
    이 채널에는~.도대체 몇개국 분들이 리플을 다는지 모르겠어요 ㅎㅎㅎ
    거리낌없이 본인 나라 말로 리플 다는거~ 전 그것도 재미있더라고요. 온 지구의 밝은 기운이 모이는 것 같아서요 ㅎㅎ

    I exercised this FIGRDUMB-vdo with dumbbells1 kg in the morning 30 min straight without any break , I'm so impressed .... I've been work out the FIBUREROBI-vdo for 2 weeks too , it's amazing cardio exercise with muscle building both , 5 days /week and I feel strength all over my cores , legs ,arms .
    At my first week , I must pased the vdo 2 times until finish , and 2nd week paused vdo only 1 times to breath and relax , now in 3rd week can exercise the whole vdo in one times .I am 40's , I feel greats ! and my waist loss 2 inches now.
