Your previous model, I bought in winter and didn't install till summer. Second trip on my boat, the volume buttons stopped working and by then it was past the warranty period according to the seller on Amazon. Has this new model addressed these issues or am I potentially going to face the same problem?
We normally address any consistent issues in the next version before releasing it, so you should be good to go!
I have a KMC2 it powers on and I can cycle through AM, FM, Bluetooth, Aux however, there is NO audio output? All speakers are connected not sure what to do? I bought it from Crutchfield last year so it's only a 1 year old.

Bought one of these on Amazon hooked up 12v to 12v illumination to 12v and black to ground am I doing something wrong?

Does the buttons lights up at night?
It can, yes. You have to wire it to a switch to activate.
I broke the volume knob off. How can I fix it

I thought this thing also has USB? How do you play USB? I saw no menu for that?
