When you sell your house you always make it so much nicer for the next owners. You fix it up. And it always feels like you could have lived so much nicer if you just fixed it up for yourself.
I’m glad Sophie can’t see my “unsellable”. But it’s super fun to see how blind other ppl are about their homes when they want to sell. Super sweet couple here. I’m so glad they got help selling their beautiful house!

All they need to do is move the furniture around into better room arrangements, fix the wobbly step, tidy away some of the stuff that's on the shelves and kitchen, add a splash of colour and get a dining room table.
Now it looks nice and inviting 😊
That armchair in the dining room looks weird. And why are there so many exactly the same bright green baskets downstairs. Odd.
🙄🙄🙄 looks totally staged and not lived in. many IKEA store cubicals look more lived in.

Inside looks better, especially the master bedroom, however, there is absolutely no curb appeal - they should have put some potted plants or something at the base of the front steps.
None of the homes on the block have anything in front. Weird. Even a small personalized touch would really stand out.
