My very first thought after hearing the house was on the market for TWO YEARS was "its overpriced."
I was a Realtor for 40 yrs and found that every house will sell once it's priced correctly. 😊
This show never gets old. The tips I've learned from binge watching it (several times over the years) are things that just about anyone can do (painting, removing old wallpaper, rearranging furniture and decluttering). The things they do are basic and can be done for relatively low cost.
Ramon enjoyed learning a new skill, laying the laminate floors with the contractor. Its great to do things for yourself because you lpsave a fortune and it feels so good 😊😊🇬🇧

That big bush in the front needs to go. It's blocking the porch. And there needs to be some landscaping in the front yard. The furniture inside is super ugly, particularly in master bedroom. And who paints inside doors red? I wonder what the kitchen looks like?
Yeah, some people tend to hang pictures way to high.

I would put something neutral in the bright blue vases in the living room. Too much color can draw your eye away from better focal points.

1400 sq ft is not so big. Big or little, purple is a problem. 2 coats of primer/lose the wallpaper put the furniture in a storage unit. My white paint in every room house was devoid of furniture with proof of the age of all expensive appliances, furnace, water heater etc posted for all viewers. Sold to first couple who came to see it for asking price.
1400 sq. ft. Is too much for her to keep up? And all those people live there? I would think she’d want a bigger house, not smaller.
It appears her oldest two kids are adults and probably moving out (or moved out). So they don’t need a four bedroom
