Keep in mind DSP was encouraging people to go and infect themselves with COVID so that they could all "get it over with" and he wouldn't have to wait for his groceries anymore. DSP does not give a shit about who has to suffer as long as he gets what he wants.

Karen Burnell back at it again with another day off disaster. Here's some things he could do after writing FedEx a stern email:
- Drive to nearest BestBuy or Walmart and buy a capture device.
- Use his backup capture device.
- Stream PC games.
- Stream directly from his PS5.
- Point his camera at the TV.
- Get some help.
Also in the future he should consider replacing equipment (that are essential to his business) when they first start malfunctioning and not months later when they finally stop working.
Here's a crazy idea that Phil would never think of in 1000 years: he could pay his viewer for shipping him free business equipment.

FedEx is more focused on US shipping. Their Express service is reliant on planes, which have suffered delays. The other major non-government shipper, UPS, has a more international focus.
FedEx is widely considered the worst of the big three here in the USA as well.

Here's my take on what I think REALLY happened:

From my experience, drivers need to be back at the warehouse at a certain time regardless of what's supposed to be delivered that day. If some customers behave like piggy here, they'll behave like that right back and their boss or whatever won't punish them for it. Shoutout to whoever has to deal with it though

What I think happened is Phil missed the delivery, panicked when his 'fan' asked what the hell happened and then made this elaborate story video, slandering FedEx's delivery driver, customer support and the company as a whole, all because what he really wanted was some whale to buy him a whole new setup, but instead only got donated an old capture card and so gave it the level of importance he though that deserved (i.e. none).
I hope FedEx somehow sees this, and provides the evidence to debunk Phil's story.
Additionally, he makes the gate code to his delapidated hovel sound like something that is provided once and then companies circulate it down through the organisational structure of the company so that if you were to stop any FedEx employee at any level, in any country, and asked them Phil Burnell's gate code they would be able to recite it off the top of their heads.

All DSP had to do was go to his local Best Buy or Microcenter to buy a replacement capture card.
He can do that, the issue with this muppet is that his PC still runs on Windows 7, an OS that Microsoft has stopped supporting since 2020. All the new Capture cards support windows 8 upwards or some just windows 10 upwards. Basically all, his hardware issues are from him being to lazy to update his Windows.

I used to work customer service, if someone was abusive to me I'd hang up on them, it's my guess this is what happened . FYI when you call customer service you get what you give. If you are a jerk from the start you are going to get the minimum amount of service.

Everyone keeps telling DSP to get a job. This is why he can never get a job and hold it. The most minor of inconveniences is blown out of proportion. Not only did this guy make a 15+ minute video about a package not arriving on time, he goes and tweets them asking for his problem to be addressed. He wouldn't last working a few days at a wagie job before 1) A customer kicks his ass for pissing them off or 2) His co-workers kick his ass for being insufferable.
