@@risrcareers I would definitly watch the next video. I'm a complete newbie on BPM, but im going to use this in my thesis about recruitment to improve a recruitment proces. The most usefull model is the People, Process and technology and for sure im going to build my questionars around those topics

Do you mean Business Process Re-engineering (vs Business Process Management)?
If so, re-engineering usually means “improvement”, whereas BPM is more holistic (broader).

BPR is a focused methodology similar to Lean and Six Sigma
Whereas BPM is broader philosophy similar to Total Quality Management (TQM)?
