    I learnt a lot from this, thank you. Your certificate courses don't capture Business Process Improvement Manager, or do I need to do a combination of multiple courses to attain this?

    Thanks Sir, i think its complete so good, Im a BPI in one company at Indonesia i wanna ask you : what six sigma with DMAIC same with "8 step improvement" (find topic, cause effect analyse, determine the root of causes use ishikawa-interrelation ship diagram-pareto chart, making a plan use 5W+1H, do plan, strandardize, newtopic) ?? because both purpose is same but different manner.

      DMAIC is a methodology, while the 8 step improvement is more tool specific.
      In DMAIC, you may or may not use any specific tool based upon your assessment / situation
      But yes, you are right. It's nearly the same
