    Been riding a Honda metropolitan for awhile now and I’m getting into bikes more and more. Would you say this is a good step up or should I look for a bigger bike? I’m thinking of the Honda rebel 300

    • @benattwiggcycles
      @benattwiggcycles  Před 2 lety +6

      Siani, I would say it would depend on your comfort level. If you think you’re ready to ride something with a manual transmission, the Rebel 300 would be an excellent choice. But if not, this Navi would be a great step up! It’s a blast to ride. And like I say, it saves crazy MPG and can EASILY get up to 45-50MPH. I think the ever-growing world of automatic motorcycles is going to continue to increase over time.

    • @dmmohid
      @dmmohid Před 2 lety +4

      Navi is a fraction of the price, cheaper to insure, cheaper to maintain, has better mileage, and it goes 50mph. Rebel will give you better acceleration and braking performance along with manual transmission and higher top speed. For me, the Navi is a no-brainer for a sub-50mph short commute.

      Hey there! So in most States here in the US it IS in fact going to require a motorcycle license/endorsement. Only because it’s over 50cc. There might be some States that do not require a motorcycle endorsement but as far as here on the East Coast most State require the endorsement to ride this on road.

      It’s funny you should ask! Honda calls this one of their “Mini-Moto” bikes. Technically they are classifying this as an on-road motorcycle. Which really it has to be tagged as a motorcycle in most States. But I get that question a lot because it’s an automatic. Driven by a belt just a like a scooter.
