- What crimes would Lord Farquaad (Shrek), The Fairy Godmother (Shrek 2), Makunga (Madagscar: Escape 2 Africa), Megamind (Megamind) and Tighten (Megamind) be charged with?

Seeing Megamind getting more charges than Titan makes the line "oh you're a villain alright. Just not a super one." hit even harder.
For real
"tighten"
and then still has enough rizz to get pardoned
You gotta remember too that this is only the length of the movie, not even including his life of villainy
Oh, you’re a villain all right, just not a super one!
Megamind not getting a single death sentence shows how much of a guy he is, the dude practically made Prison his daily cycle, he walks in and out like it's tuesday.
He is basically cartoon villain like team rocket that need to deal with actual evil person
*Like it’s Tuesday*
@@chimera9818 yeah basically. He was kinda just bad because people expected him to be bad. It was only when he started dating Roxanne when he started being good.
Getting punched by Metroman is probably another Wednesday for Megamind.
Shouldn't he have gotten a death sentence for usurping Metro City?
Regarding Megamind's crimes, I feel the $2,500 fine in the beginning would probably be waived, since he's so young and genuinely can't be held accountable for his actions.
Yeah, that sentence would probably go to the other prisoners who had him do it
And we could charge the government people for something related to imprisoning an inocent child

Fun fact: Escaping out of prison is legal in Germany, as seeking freedom is a natural human desire. You just gotta expect to be re-inprisoned later, and you gotta make sure that you don't commit any other crimes while escaping
That's good
huh, neat
Honestly, after certain... Unethical work camps, It's logical the new government would want to leave a backdoor for its citizens in case things go sour again (Since that was a real worry right after the war)
@@d4n737If you escape you will still be returned to prison if caught, but you won’t have additional punishment (outside of any crimes you commit while escaping)
Note that mousait uses US laws usually, so he wouldn’t consider this. I didn’t even know about this though!
"This man has no rizz and is also putting Roxanne under a lot of danger with his flirting techniques." The most savage way to charged someone.
He certainty has more rizz than tighten
He should have a life sentence for his L rizz
This guy definitely needs a rizztraining order
'The court sentences you to four deaths, 5 lives and 90 years in prison, plus a 60 million dollar fine for lack of rizz'
No rizz that right there was a violation
I like it how the only villian in this video not to receive the death penalty even once was Megamind for obvious reasons.
Actually he usurped power and committed domestic terrorism when he went in his robot to cause terror while waiting for Titan. Those should have been two death penalties.
He never murdered anyone, he only committed theft and at worst kidnapping of same person
Not even without the pardon, even though he got a usurpation charge, which got other villains a death penalty.
@@d1kgaws12 Maybe the sentence's worse for the leader of a country than for a mayor.
A big part of it was likely the fact that it was nonviolent. Every other villain had things like murder on the docket, while Megamind pretty much just strolled right in and everyone just surrendered.
i love how the warden is just so used to megamind escaping that when he does it again he just wishes them luck and waits for someone to untie him
It's a game for the warden. He knows it's practically impossible to keep Megamind contained permanently so he just decided to enjoy the ride while doing his best to at least make it tricky.
He knows he's doing it for a good reason anyway. He was their last hope to defeat Tighten.
5:13 "This man has no rizz" Dang guess he is going to the bitchless jail too

How the hell is the term "rizz" even a year old
I read this as he said it

Dawg, even megamind with his large forehead has more rizz

Megamind caused a lot of damage in Metrocity throughout his villainous career, but unlike any other animated villains, he at least paid all the damage and is pleaded not guilty at the end. This shows how much of a great villain protagonist he is. Even villains have standards too.
Plus he did lost faith of who going to stop him, causing lost of villainy a bit and trying to get someone to be hero to stop him again, only to end up creating another villain that he has to stop.
I don’t think he actually killed anyone either
How do you get pardoned with 87 life sentences on your record? This has to be the biggest pardon in History! Name one person who had a bigger sentence than this guy!
_Professionals have standards._

Yeah its funny how he has the most charges despite being the least evil character in this video
Can't believe he left Mutilation and genocide out of Farquaad's charges. And before someone asks about the Genocide bit, I believe the fact that he turned Mama Bear into a rug combined with how he is rounding up Fairy Tale creatures at the start of the movie implies genocidal intentions on fairy tale creatures.
The whole reason Shrek goes to Lord Farquaad is because those fairytale creatures are forced to live in his swamp, so Farquaad doesn't attempt to kill them as of yet.
@@beterbomen we'll if it's not technically genocide, which is notoriously difficult to prove anyway, it is at the very least ethnic cleansing.
He put the bears into cages that were too small & other animals were hurt, so that's Animal Abuse. The Mama Bear being turned into a rug with his abuse of power is also poaching.
Then there's Attempted Genocide (he would have had them all slain if he didn't decide to kick them out into a random swamp).
Plus, Rumpelstiltskin makes Farquaad look like a saint in comparison (he was close to committing Genocide, as well as False Imprisonment & slavery of Ogres)
@@beterbomen But it could and probably does count as unlawful eviction.
@@beterbomen Moving 'undesirables' into camps and ghettos is usually the first step towards extermination; that said both genocide and forcing people into camps would be a crime under 'severe human rights violations' and would have to be punished by a tribunal by the UN or similar international court; it basically exceeds anything a judicial system is equipped for with typical laws. Also generally because to have the power to round up hundreds or thousands for extermination you usually have the power to change the laws to make it legal in your own jurisdiction. Can't be prosecuted normally in that case, so it generally goes under war crimes if/when the regime is overthrown.
“THIS MAN HAS NO RIZZ” that took me off guard so much it was so hilarious

A pardon in megamind: Character experienced trauma from a early age, resulting in aggressive actions to the city and acting out in what could be seen as more of a improve play, subconsciously never intending to harm or murder anyone. He was taught by many to do wrong, but he internally has been fighting this until he started to believe his actions were for a good propose of good vs evil. When he realised his actions were wrong and that he’s capable of being the good person he wanted to be, his behaviour changed to cleaning up the city, undoing mistakes he has made and protecting it from much worse criminals.

Still unsure if he should get an identity theft charge for impersonating Metroman, but tbf I don't think Metroman would even care because he's under a new identity which is "Musicman", and Megamind could impersonate him without any charge since Metroman technically isn't Metroman anymore.

1 he was scared off and so again chose to attemot murder
2 attempted murder against Minion is a separate charge from atrempted murder against Megamind, even if this doesn't explain Roxanne.
It depends on what the prosecution wants to do; trying to murder someone for 5 mins straight might be construed as multiple counts, or it might add in things like battery/attempted battery etc.
@@kauske I would assume every clear, distinct attempt that could be classified as "he did this, then he did this" would be argued as multiple counts.

I love how Hal gets a worse sentence than Palpatine
Palpatine has a lot more crimes that have yet to be charged. His list is far worse then Tighten's.
Palpatine should have been charged for torture of Luke
To be fair, dead people can't get sentenced for anything. Because they're dead.
I'm sure glad Palpatine is dead. He's dead forever
You just wait for the video of the original triology to be made, in which Palpatine will receive sentences for genocide on Alderan and Endor.
4:37 you forgot one thing for tighten, and it was when he flew out of his building and caused all of those cars to pile up on him, to which he then jumped up and knocked over like 15 cars and was dancing around inside a broken one…
i love the way the money fine went up in 6:10
5:11 “this man has no rizz”
the ultimate crime
Ik
goodbye world
Lol
😂
What's No Riz?
2:43 never thought I’d see a villain in a PG rated movie get charged for SA but here we are
Also I love how the first three villains managed to get at least one death sentence despite committing less than 10 crimes.
In Fluteless's second "Sentencing Disney villains" video, Frollo from Hunchback of Notre Dame was also charged for it (and *that* movie is rated *G*)
@@DTTheKnight i guess the only crime we won’t see a PG/G rated movie villain get charged for is r4pe (or if they are charged, it happens off-screen… since… it isn’t NC-17)
Didn't expect Fairy Godmother of all people to be the one getting charged
i feel the need to mention that the attack the god mother launched at shrek wasnt a murder attempt, but a spell to reveal his true body, hence why the king turned into a frog and why she turned into bubbles (which always appear around her when she spawns out of thin air)
I like how mega mind went from like 0$ fine to 1billion dollar fine in 1 second
I like when Megamind said "no bitches" then proceeded to mind some bitches in the second half of the movie. Definitely a Certified Cinimatic Classic™ if I've ever seen one
It’s definitely a technicality but given he’s the last known member of his race, could Tighten get hit with anything regarding endangered or protected species when he assaults/attempts to murder Megamind?
Or would attempted genocide be more technically correct?
Megamind is one person, and I doubt his species is protected. I'm not even sure if other people know he's the last of his race
not unless the government legally made him a protected species, which I doubt they did
@@conceptualpineapple6682since the fate of Megaminds race is technically unknown, since only the planet was seen falling into a black hole, it could be a similar situation to Superman comics, where other kryptonians survived krypton’s destruction, such as Zod and Supergirl, so genocide could be a bit much, considering how little we know.

score: (death sentences*816) + (life sentences*77.3) + years
death = 816, life = 77.3, average life expectancy in us.
why 816? originally i was going to do 38.1, the average age in the us. but death sentences are only for the most severe cases so i thought it needed a much higher number. i took the number of people serving life (53,000) divided by the number of people on death row (2,474 in 2021) times 38.1.
6:12 Death By Glamour (plays when you fight Mettaton EX in Undertale)
at 7:48 i think that would count as identity theft since he disguised as another man to escape prison.
Don't forget Bernard. And the observatory could count for property destruction/terrorism.
Don't forget when he stole Bernard's identity to get closer to Roxanne. Identity theft x2 for sure!
I already mentioned Bernard. Could we get anyhow from the space dad?
