  • What crimes would Randall (Monsters Inc), Waternoose (Monsters Inc), Chef Skinner (Ratatouille) and Syndrome (The Incredibles) be charged with?
A video examining what would Pixar villains be charged with if they were to be in court. This is a remake of my first video fixing errors and making it in my new format.

Its potential destructive capabilities are similar to that of a small fleet of tanks, or a few fully armed attack helicopters, not to mention its extreme mobility (short range flight?!). And I don't believe the island is artificial or newly formed, based on the heavy vegetation and some geological structures that would require a lot of time to form. Since Linguini was to inherit the company due to it being left in the will, and Skinner not telling him about it, let alone informing him of being Gusteau’ son, it will vary depending on laws and country.
However, since Skinner did this purposely, it may also count as Theft of company. Even though I couldn’t find the penalty for this, my guess logically, Skinner would be forced to surrender the company to Linguini and pay damages.

    - He didn't stole the Vespa from a random citizen, he toke it aggressively from someone he known.
When you steal something, the owner consider it lost.
    - Following someone just once (without contact, or intimidation) can't be considered "stalking" enough to automatically get YEARS.
    - Trespassing? Wasn't that his own restaurant?
Did they already made an official restriction that prevented him to step foot on it?
He could always lie and claim he saw a bunch of rats running into it and just checked.

And about the trespassing, I don't recall someone ever made a restriction.

Well, Syndrome should actually be getting 3 extra life sentences for second degree attempted murder on Helen and 2 counts of attempted child murder on Dash & Violet because they were not dead!

I like that this format feels like Cinema Sins (and not sins). Very informative, provides a new perspective on the movie and also entertaining!
