Brrrro, a 4:57/km at 136bpm avg HR is mental to me. I'm still pushing a 1hour 20 10k at 150bpm. Jelous and Inspired at the same time!

No you don’t for sureee! but again, you don’t know the calories for this, and everyone is so individual & different you can’t base it off other people 🫶🏻

I just know that some people may look at the title then see the amount of food and think they have to be running that much when in theory it is so individual! I love the messages you spread about food, and include so much balance in your diet ❤️

For trail shoes you should reallyyyyy try the New Balance Fresh Foam x More Trail v3! They were so amazing for me when I first started training for my first 10km last summer. Grippy enough for trails but extremely cushioned which is good for a heavier runner prone to shin splints like me! Honestly couldn’t say enough good things about New Balance and Phily Bowden uses them and I trust her opinions 👌🏻 Nike is great too and I still use loads of their stuff but it’s not known for being massively cushioned. Keep up the amazing training you’re doing so great xx
