Man I just lvoe these more realistic, relatable day in the life v logs with tips sprinkled throughout. THey are the best and i why i initially subbed many years ago. Have you tried collagen? Im quite a bit older i believe (36 years old) but I have found that a multi sourced collagen product as helped the msot when it comes to that tight feeling in my joints and ankles after long runs. Also, if you get a powder and not pills its an extra like 20-29g protein depending how much you use (i do two scoops!). Seriously a game changer for me as someone who runs AND lifts each 5-6 days per week. And love how you explained why youre using FAGE. No need, lol it's just amazing. My fage bowl is 150g fage, 50g oats, 10g cocoa powder, 1 banana, handful blueberries, spoon almond butter, spoon honey, sprinkle chia seeds, 1/2 scoop any protein and lit it sit overnight in fridge. If comes out thick as a brick my favorite meal everyday! Sometimes 2x per day!

Im not exactly hybrid, i do triathlon and a few gym sessions to keep my strength up, but what defines an ""athlete""?? Is it the amount of times per week i train?? Is it what i do between training sessions?? Is it that im training for an olympic distance triathlon in june?? Like what does a person have to do to be an athlete??
