    I’ve had knee issues for about 2 years. I mainly think it’s because of wrestling but at this point I don’t know what to do. I also have basic trading for the army in two months. I mean they have gotten better but I’d love to have your help. I hope you see this. Pls help me if you can tell me what I can do.

      My advice is to seek professional consult with a doctor or physio therapist in person rather than asking a CZcamsr who cannot see you, does not know your history, your lifestyle, any scans you may need, and cannot provide any sort of medical guidance legally. Lucy literally says in this video that you need to seek physio help if you have an injury.

    How long do you guys strugle with anxeity bloating and pain in stomach? I have few days now stomach,/gut feeling like someone cut my stomach with knife it last 1 second then stomach Hurt and bloat that normal with anxeity?

      @@LucyDavisFit it’s not about allergic … our gut bacteria helps in digestion… Plant and milk based proteins contains sugar … breadown of sugar causes gas which leads to bloating… bloating happens because …. Less enzymes causes less digestion then leads to irritabe bowl .. which causes stress… I was facing same problem … because plant protein is not in its natural form… according to nature … most plants / milk we can digest because whey and plant based protein is present in less quantity Try enzymes no bloating lean body … Eating too much per sitting can also cause bloating…

    I’m running the Marathon Pour Tous in Paris too!!! It’s my first marathon and I’m also competing in Paris at my second Olympic Games for Australia 🇦🇺 my competition finishes on the 5th of August and then I’m staying on in Paris to run the marathon.     I don't often agree with WIEAD videos but I can actually appreciate that your meals are high cal and geared toward fueling/recovering from your training. Appreciate that you have a strong emphasis AWAY from calories and gearing toward how you feel (whilst still giving a bit of insight into caloric/macrocontent too) also thanks for keeping It real- eating ready meals, snacks etc. that are 'on the go'. Not everyone has time to make perfect matcha protein pancakes and pan seared salmon and charred veg for dinner each day hah <3

    Just wondering if you have a Feliway diffuser going for Minnie? It's a calming and reassuring pheromone that can assist with stressy cats but doesn't effect humans at all. I am sure your Vet would have mentioned it but just thought I would put it out there anyway as I know it has been a game changer for a lot of the clients I deal with whom have anxious cats. Also, my book recommendation: The Art of Happiness by the Dalai Lama. Finally, I just got MRI results for an ongoing ankle issue and mine weren't great- I hope yours are better! 😊

    You trained fasted in morning: bike and gym, you ate 2 bagels with bit of butter and PB&J, 500 cal for lunch, 750 for dinner AND swim session in the evening! Girl this math is NOT mathing LMFAO You call this HIGH CAL diet hahahahahahahaha and over 3000 cal 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can’t 😂😂😂 Oh, and a bit of biscoff spread, protein wafer and yog bowl!       Ok to spell it out for you - 2 bagels butter jam & PB is approx 700 + an oat flat white, 120 ish cals? 590 cal lunch, protein wafer 200 and my dinner with the additional toppings of cheese and sauce maybe 800?? + my granola bowl is maybe 650/700? Is just over 3000 calories. I realllly despise these comments because they’re just annoying? you truly think I would lie about what I eat. Please please do better. Also you clearly don’t understand calories at all. Have a great day!!

It’s a granola bowl, are you someone who thinks they’re like 200 cals?🙂 the granola alone is 300, oat milk probs 150? biscoff 120, PB 120, all the fruit? Maybe 100? Honey approx 70? That’s over 700. It’s mad to me that you think you understand the calories in food and are so offended I eat over 3000 calories? Maybe this is a hard day for you, it’s pretty normal for me, + as I said, the swim was not for me to train I was helping my best friend 😁 Again - do better! Have a fab day ❤️

    I have had a whoop band for almost a year now. I am trying to decide whether to stick with whoop or get a Garmin when my time is up. I have to choose one or I would do both. Has anybody used both and have a recommendation?
