Watch out doing the clams etc if your hip is a tendon issue, I prolonged my glute med/ psoas injury thinking it was just running that was the problem, long recovery

Have just came across you and your videos and am now obsessed, also listening to the podcast. Currently training for a marathon and after that am going to try and lift more (only lifting really light for now) really would love for some more information on creatine and whether you think it would be beneficial for someone predominantly running and not doing much strength training. Also what to expect when taking for the first time etc. amazing insightful content thank you much

Seems like there was a variety of fitness levels there! There are lots of fitness communities that only require interest :)
