Sorry to hear about your chronic back pain from the car accident. I have treated many patients with similar pain from injuries. Multiple methods can be tried if medications alone are not helping. Some alternative therapies can include daily-weekly massage therapy, acupuncture, guided and coordinated back stretches to relax the muscles, and some dietary approaches can help too! You can watch my video on the Anti-inflammatory diet. Having overall less inflammation in the body can help with inflamed joints/muscles that cause you pain. I wish the best for you in your healing journey. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hi, I have a video I made about online consultation (telemedicine). It’s the last one on my channel, maybe that will provide you with more information. If you have more questions, let me know!

I can prescribe most medications online except for controlled substances, such as narcotics, and a few other restricted medications based on my company guidelines.

As soon as she described migraine as a stronger kind of headache I switched off. It has nothing to do with a headache at all. It is a brain disease. You may not have any headache or pain at all.
