      Sometimes energy drinks can be really high in sugar and caffeine. Can make you jittery or even cause a racing heart. 🙏🏼

    Thanks for the alternative list. Its really helpful. BTW, i bought my first kombucha today. I hope i like it because it would replace my nightly glass of wine.
