I liked most of the songs and I expected Greece to win again! Anna's performance was so passionate!
My favorite contest for years (maybe 'cause I got so many souvenirs from it), I was 9 and I was blown away by the songs and the shows ! I still know all the songs by heart ! ♥

I'm happy that we won, but I really think there were (Norway, Romania, Russia, F.Y.R of Macedonia, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Greece, Sweden...) many many other countries that I would loved to give the first place too :D But even if some of you think it was a huge mistake that we won, I'm so happy that people started to take ESC more seriously here in Finland :'D
Notice how they used the semi-final performance for Sweden in the recap. She didn't hit the high note in the final!

Her performance was better overall in the semi final! And In the semi final they used footage of her rehearsal for the recap and strangely enough it sounded even better than her semi final performance. Strange how things work haha
I'm not fully sure but it must be clip from dress rehearsal of the final. They used dress rehearsal clips in recaps from 1997 to 2007

Damn, Latvia had acapella that year? We need to see more acappela in the ESC! :D
1. Romania (very good song, and great singer)
2. Latvia (great a cappella, all sounds from the group. Some pitch issues early on...)
3. Finland (ok monsters are fun, but still a decent tune in there)
4. France (good melody. Singing slightly off here and there)
5. Turkey
6. Spain (daft song, but still fun and very catchy. Singing no muy bien)
7. UK (got a lot of stick, but I like the chorus)
8. Germany
The rest joint last for being usual ESC dirge.
I suppose I could put Lithuania in 9th place. Hard to forget a song with such tongue-in-cheek arrogant lyrics !

3:48 Love how Daz was showing off his voice than Anna comes and kills it with the total diva attitude overshadowing him.
Joshua DODD it added even more drama and epic ness
As much as i liked Finland in this year as they actually dared to bring an act like Lordi's to Eurosong, i really adored Bosnia & Herzegovinia's song.

Bosna moja! It was such a tie between Finland and Bosnia for me that year.. Lejla is one of the most beautiful songs that I've heard to this day. Does anyone remember what ranking Bosnia got that year?
