You can agree or disagree with the ultimate winner, but it is a fact that the quality of ESC 2018 was really high - especially compared with last year. I really enjoyed yesterday's final, it was also very varied according to me.
It wasn't it was on the same level as last year, a little above average but not one that will leave a mark
2018 was the best year in a very long time, there were only a couple of songs that weren't overall brilliant. 2019 couldn't hold a candle to 2018.
@@noahbowie5985 imo 2018 was the best year of ESC. Almost every song in final was good and there were a lot of strong entries (bulgaria, serbia, germany, israel, cyprus, denmark, ukraine and switzerland which didn't qualify but was my favourite. ESC 2019 was good too but there weren't this much amazing songs and some of those in final were horrible
@@vinogr00nko93 true. I really didn't like Hungary but that's because I'm not a fan of that kind of music. San Marino also could've done better. But what really made 2018 a brilliant year was the big 5 all brought good songs. My favourites were Cyprus, Estonia, France, Sweden, Israel and Denmark. With Switzerland and North Macedonia being my favourite non qualifiers
I enjoyed almost all songs, but just the one I didn't like at all won. That was a bit of a letdown for me at the end.
This was easily one of the best Eurovision years! So many great songs!

Definitely one of the strongest year ever. A lot of countries sending their best entries for a long time. Such a good year that even some of the 100 percent qualifyers didnt even make it

Probably the same as always, something about him being above all other musicians because he is one of those very rare artistic musicians who knows the true meaning of music or something similar. He usually follows it by by saying he is happy he didn't have to listen to so much bad music this year and then he sends his sister to the after party instead of him because it's bellow him to hang out with these unworthy commoners.

I honestly don't get how people are saying Cyprus copied Beyoncé.. the song sounded nothing like a Beyoncé song and the only resemblance she had was big hair and a catsuit. A lot of female performers wear that nowadays. Her energy and passion on stage was second to none.. so I honestly feel like the harsh comments come out of jealousy.
My favourites were Israel, Cyprus, France and Ukraine! 🔥🔥 from a Cypriot-Irish!
They dont talk about hwo eleni sounds but how she dances... IMO eleni dances like beyonce... my winner tho was Israel

I would just like to mention Moldova here. First of all this was such a sweet and fun entry. But also this small country has sent so many good, fun, upbeat, enthusiastic entries to Eurovision.

I loved thay year... Every entry was happy and very friendly towards each other... I've seen many clips were they were all enjoying themselves, it was like a huge friendly celebration... No rivalry instead it felt like a friendship reunion!

She played the main female character in a fairytale Three nuts for Cinderella still cant believe it cause it happened so suddenly but the very same happened to my auntie a month ago... one day she said she was feeling not well and in the evening she left this Earth....
