- Light weight electric scooter under 30lbs - Unagi E350 Electric Scooter Review
The Unagi rep here in Canada sent me an Unagi E350 to review. I saw one recently at my local drugstore, London Drugs and if you happen to live in British Columbia they carry both Unagi models.
I must say that the Unagi electric scooter is probably the most beautifully designed scooter that I've ever seen and I'm looking forward to reviewing it very soon :)

Beautiful scooter. Thanks for the review Tim.
Glad you liked it Mark!
Awsome review, I am in my late thirties and just got my first scooter a few days ago (NineBot Max) and have been buying more including this one which will go in the back of my EV as a personal range extender! I am literally addicted to these things I have a collection and it's growing. Amazing review man!
@Matt !!!! Thanks so much...looking forward to reviewing their new one :)
Great video, Tim! Interesting points re. honeycomb tires… also crazy lightweight!!! Did you ever find this paddle setup confusing? .. brake and accel look identical.
Hi Nico, thanks for popping by :)
I didn't find the paddles confusing as it's a left and right thing...a lot of scooters do this ...brake on the left (regen) and accelerator on the right...but I also think that you had one it would become second nature after awhile :)
I have an Unagi E350 (old model with no wire attached to wheel). The front wheel is loose and tilts side to side. Any suggestions?
sorry to hear @mikey4eva1980, I would reach out to Unagi and ask...I'm just not that techie :)
Hey Tim, would you know if there is a possibly on unlocking the speed on the Unagi E350?
Thanks
Hi David, I don't know that there would be much to unlock, it's a very small motor and the battery voltage is low too...it's really useful for a short hop in the city :)
@@TimsElectric Thank you for your reply.
It's my very first e-scooter and done me wonders so far atm, but I'm looking at for a faster and newer one possibily.
Cheers!
I'd take a look at the winner of best commuter scooter for the year and that was the Apollo City Pro..quicker, longer distance, quiet and comfy...I used it yesterday to get to my soccer game :)
reviews on my channel :)
How does it do uphill ?
With me on it not great, I had to kick to get up the hills but if you're a lot lighter (I'm 265lbs) then it might be a good fit. :)
Thank you ! Love ur content .
@Hpiproceed97 Pcp you're very kind :) thank you :)
Tim, I agree the Unagi is beautiful, I reviewed the E500, czcams.com/video/cT2C8cGfYFQ/video.html. I also found that the range was very limited for me at 79 kg and for my terrible California pavement conditions very rough riding. It is great looking and light but for the pricepoint I find the range lacking. That said for big guys if you love the portability, have smooth roads, or love the looks the E500 was one of the fastest accelerating scooters I've tested...fun!
How interesting! I didn't expect it to do so well int he acceleration test you did :) :) Cheers
Hola, quieres vender tus monopatines en Argentina? yo podria ser tu representante
HI Mattias, I just do reviews, I don't sell anything :)
I need one w most milage
I heard theyre supper cheap a d break
they don't get great mileage ...maybe take a look at some of my other recommendations...these are designed for quick trips around the town :)
Wait is this Victoria BC? LOL
it is indeed Jake Lake :) :) lol :)
I like the Fluid Mosquito much better. It is also light. Unlike this slow scooter with only a few miles on a charge, the Mosquito will get 10 miles and it goes up to 29 mph.
interesting, did you see the review I did of the Uscooter GT Sport? It's like the Mosquito but with Samsung batteries.
@@TimsElectric
Yes I did. I think the Mosquito uses Samsung batteries. The Sport had a shorter deck. The Mosquito is basically the Uscooter GT SE with cruise control and zero start options and without an app. The Mosquito is a little faster than the GT SE.
quick correction, the Mosquito does not have Samsung batteries and the Sport and GT SE from Uscooter have the exact same dimensions (I have both here). I haven't tried Cruise Control on the Sport yet :)
@@TimsElectric
I thought it did. What batteries are in it then?
It's nice to know about the Sport having the same deck size. I've seen on some review or more that the Sport had a shorter deck.
no worries, I have all three and a tape measure :)
They don't mention the batteries so that means Chinese in my experience....they're a lot cheaper :)
The deck they might be comparing it to is the Booster V (which is shorter) :)
Cheers...love these little scooters :)
