I love your reviews man. Since like 2009 apple fanboy days. Im not in the market for a e scooter but this one seems pretty decent. I think ungai means eel in Japanese

That thing's pretty cool. Seeing it from a distance, I wouldn't know it's powered. It'd probably be great who has a lot of reasonably flat surface to travel from point A to point B. I mean, you're not gonna be off-roading on it.

I am leasing model one and not sure if i got a bad one but been using it for small distances for a month, only con is chicago residential streets have speed bumps and streets are pretty bump, so get a lot of jarring and ruins ride. Also sending back because after full charge I tried my first 9 mile from work to home, after about 4 miles it stopped on me and would not power on any more and I got stranded in bad area. Got home in uber, maybe I will try the newer model but not sure

Nice video SKB, does this have any sort of gps built in? By GPS, I dont mean like with a screen like what you see in cars, I mean so you can track it like more so like using an AirTag or Tile? Also what watch are you using?

Mine broke in one month. Day 4 of waiting for replacement. Also it broke the day after I bought a emove road runner. Very lucky timing but I'm making a custom seat for the road runner so I'm down right now

There is a large difference in a comfortable ride between solid tires and inflatable tires, the solid tires make for a very very rough ride compared to inflated tires. If you are looking for a scooter I recommend trying them out and see the difference in tires.

I've been an over one-year subscriber to UNAGI and their support services (or lack thereof) is absolutely horrible. We loved the product in the beginning but they've grown too fast and forgot all about support. So if you don't mind some frustration with their scooter software, not being able to contact support in a timely manner, being ignored and having to follow up multiple times, paying $50 for the box to ship your scooter back (because you absolutely will at times), then this may be the product for you.
I've recently opted out and I'm not looking back. I've since purchased a worthwhile scooter and there are no regrets.

I will never buy the fun toys you're reviewing but I love to watch them nonetheless.

Hello I’m in Australia and Unagi have said they are not selling here anymore. All I need is a new charging port. Do you know anyone that I could purchase one from?

Anyone else looking at the lighter weight, 25 lbs, cheaper by $400 at $1050, carbon fiber Niu Air instead of Unagi scooters?

Great video, but a horrible product. Hear me out. Way back when Unagi Model One was introduced, people perceived it as that one scooter that is light and yet powerful. I almost bought one, but decided not to due to its generous pricing of over $1k. Regardless, I was looking out for the next generation of Unagi in the hope of investing for one. A couple years have passed now, and we are now looking at Model One Voyager, which is not too much different from Model One with little to no changes. Think this is too harsh of criticism? Take a look at how other brands have evolved such as Segway, Xiomi, and Inokim. Unagi scooter used to be competitive with attractive features, but have failed to evolve as a company and now the product is mediocre compared to other major scooter producers.
