  • We often get asked on how we brew our coffees. Allow us to introduce a new playlist of "how we brew", sharing our current brewing recipes on our available coffees.
    First up, we wanted to share one of our popular coffee from the Prestige Series. We are heading into fourth year directly purchasing the coffee. Here's our brewing recipe and enjoy this coffee as much as we do.
    Brewing Ratio 55g/L
    Dose 17g | Total Water 300ml
    Grind Size 18 on EK43
    Water temperature 92-94°C (197-201°F)

    Will give this brew ratio and method a try, the Espro Bloom pour over I have looks to be similar to the Kalita Wave 185.
