    In this series, we'll be introducing different coffees from different parts of the globe. We'll also share different stories from farm to cup and give you ideas/tips on how to brew these coffees better.
    This episode's coffee is Letty Bermudez Gesha a gesha varietal, and a double fermentation thermal shocked processed coffee from Deigo Bermudez in Colombia. What we taste in this coffee is peach, strawberry, mango, and honey.

    Thanks for sharing! How do you guys decide water hardness for each coffee bean?
