It is incorrect. I did 20 min of this workout with my Garmin watch on. Screen counter shows 3188 steps while Garmin watch shows 1600. Actually she did 1588 steps less. Be aware it is not inaccurate 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I think it's depend on your rythm. I also can't have steps like she. But I wathched many hers videos and videos of similar creators and people in comment section says they make as much as ahe and even more.

Update: holy cow! My feet and knees are done. Loved this format! Made the time go by faster vs the other workouts that repeat. Fast feet are in every workout. I did a silent cheer when the last video came on but that didn’t last because I had another 4500 steps to go. The last 15 mins seemed slow but then again, this workout is over 2 hours long. Kept a fast pace going throughout and burned 831 active calories, 1023 total calories, and got 20,276 steps! 🤍🤍🤍
