Nice project lads. You should just make a small extension for the rear mount at the pin. Then if a long boy is driving the extension would lift the rear of the shell up a couple of inches.

I guess it would be difficult but you could make a bubble on the roof as a space for head :) the bubble could be replaceable with flat surface when Sam is gonna drive it.

You should totaly put a motorcycle engine in mini Kevin, like an Aprilia rs 125 would be absolutely epic !
The traditional jacking point turned into a funny car trunk with an RC body clip design was super smart!!! :D
Impressive thermalforming of the plastic sheeting, that was a very practical method to get panels to fit in real time rather than if to make a vacuum mold that would take alot of real time for a singular vehicle project instead of a fleet or a plethora, or even a surplus.
Kevin, don't let them try to shink you to fit into the vehicle, it will take 70 or so years due to gravity.

One solution could be to add hinges on one end of the roof and some sort of a support rod on the other, much like how hoods on older cars work.
This would raise the roof a little, so that taller people can fit inside little Kevin with ease, plus it's quicker to open/close

Could do something like a sun-roof, that could lift up and slide back for accommodating headroom for the taller lads. But great work as always!!

I can think of 2 ideas for the roof:
1. cut a hole and make a slightly bigger panel that can clip on and off (maybe even strong magnets) so you can remove it when needed, not perfect but cleaner than just a hole.
2. make adjustable brackets at the front and back of the roof that attach to the frame so you can adjust the height.
Omg the part were the 86 and then kebin slid next to it ❤❤❤❤❤ amazing guys!
